We handled the renovation design for HOTEL KOMACHI Higashi Nippori, located in Nippori, Tokyo.
Drawing inspiration from the town's origin name, “Sunset Village,” we conceived the hotel as a place to cap off a day enjoyed until the sunset. We consistently managed the entire project, from the exterior design and interior design around the front desk to logo and sign production, and even the creation of custom-made furniture and fixtures.

We focused on texture and detail, such as the bronze-toned mirrored ceilings and amenity fixtures and sofas designed to blend seamlessly into the space. This creates a sense of warmth unique to small spaces, welcoming visitors gently.

The space's tonal palette is anchored by sunset orange, reminiscent of dusk, and midnight navy, evoking the night sky. This combination delivers a refined impression while also fostering a sense of nostalgia and reassurance.
True to the retro, gentle resonance of the name “KOMACHI,” we designed a hotel front space that makes hearts flutter at the end of the day.
